A big restock of E3D’s RapidChange Revo has just landed — and we’ve expanded the range while we were at it. We now stock Revo as a full modular system: choose a coldside to suit your printer, a hotside pack to match how you print, and the nozzles that suit your filaments. Tool-free nozzle changes in about 60 seconds, now with more ways to build exactly the setup you want. Here’s a quick tour of what’s new.
Revo Coldsides
The coldside is the half that mounts to your printer, and we’ve broadened the range to cover the most popular platforms. The Revo Six is the one to grab if you’re running a standard E3D V6 — it’s a drop-in replacement in both 12V and 24V. Revo Hotside Packs
The hotside is the other half — a HeaterCore plus nozzles, the part that actually melts your filament. We stock two ready-to-go packs. The Starter Hotside Pack (40W, with two brass nozzles) handles everyday PLA, PETG and ASA, while the High Flow Hotside Pack (60W, High Flow nozzles) is built for faster, higher-volume printing. Revo Nozzles
With Revo, the nozzle and heatbreak are a single preassembled unit, so swapping is about as easy as it gets — no hot-tightening, no leaks. We’ve grown the nozzle range too. The standout is High Flow ObXidian — E3D’s seriously wear-resistant coated nozzle paired with high-flow geometry, ideal for carbon-fibre and other abrasive filaments at speed.
